# How can I cancel an order?

If you **haven’t paid for the order yet**, you can open a [support ticket through your BrandsGateway account](https://app.brandsgateway.com/contact-us/), and we will assist you with cancelling the order:

Please note that **once the order has been paid and has left the warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled**.
