# How can I  cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the scheduled renewal date.
To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Success team by opening a [Support Ticket](https://app.brandsgateway.com/contact-us/) and following the provided instructions. 
In your request, make sure to include the **email address associated with the subscription** and your **website domain name**.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for the subscription fee. By subscribing to our dropshipping services, you agree to our [Terms & Conditions](https://brandsgateway.com/terms-conditions/), and we recommend reviewing our **Returns & Refunds Policy (Article 6a)** for more information.
