# How can I track my parcel?

Once the order changes its status to **‘Completed**’, you can find a tracking number on your BrandsGateway account, under the [‘Orders section’](https://brandsgateway.com/my-account/orders/). Copy the tracking number and search for it on the selected courier website. Here is an example.
