# How to apply a Coupon Code in our BrandsGateway App on Shopify

To apply a coupon code to your subscription, please follow the steps below. You can refer to the **images in this guide** for visual support.

### Steps

1. Go to **BrandsGateway App → Settings → Billing Info**
2. Agree to the **Terms and Conditions**
3. Click **“Have a coupon”**, enter the coupon code provided (for this example, I will use UGF9HDSQJY5PL4P), and click **Apply**
4. Select the **desired plan**

### ⚠️ Important

Before clicking **Upgrade**, please make sure that:
* The **coupon code is applied**, and
* The **discounted amount is visible** on the screen

Only once you see the correct discounted price should you proceed with the upgrade.

If the coupon is not active or doesn’t apply, please open a [support ticket](https://app.brandsgateway.com/support-tickets/).
