# How to Upload Your Own Shipping Labels

If you prefer to use **your own shipping labels** instead of BrandsGateway shipping, you can easily upload them during order checkout by following the steps below. Please refer to the **images in this article** for visual guidance.

### Step-by-Step Instructions

1. **Go to Checkout** > When purchasing a dropshipping order, proceed to the **Order Overview** page.
2. **Select “Own Shipping Label”**
You’ll see the **pickup address** of the vendor displayed on the right side.
3. **Click “Upload Labels”**
4. **Fill in the Required Details**
In the upload window, complete the following fields:
    * **Name** – Enter the customer’s name
    * **Vendor** – Make sure the Vendor matches the shipping label (if you have multiple labels to attach).
    * **Tracking Number** – Enter the tracking number provided by your courier
    * **Shipping Company** – Choose the courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, etc.)
5. **Upload the Shipping Label File** in a PDF format and make sure the barcode is scannable.
6. **Confirm Upload** > Click **Upload** to submit the label.
Repeat the same steps for **each warehouse** if your order includes products from multiple locations.

### Important Notes

* You must upload **one shipping label per warehouse**.
* Make sure the **tracking number and courier** match the uploaded label.
* Once uploaded, the vendor will use your label to ship the order.
