# How will I know when my order is shipped and its tracking number?

Once the order is paid for, its status changes to **‘Processing’**.  Once the order is **'Completed'**,  you will receive an email confirmation. BrandsGateway doesn’t communicate with the final customer; all notifications are sent to you. Additionally, in your [BrandsGateway Account](https://brandsgateway.com/my-account/), under the [Orders](https://brandsgateway.com/my-account/orders/) section, you can track your order status, see the tracking number, and download the invoice.
