# Is it possible to delete a product from a Shopify store?

Yes, you can delete a product from your Shopify store. 


**Shopify Manual Collections**
If you’re using **manual collections** within your Shopify store, you need to remove the category the product belonged to.
If a product was included in the categories integrated into **Category Mapping** and deleted, it will be restored once the system updates.
In this case, it’s safer to change its visibility instead. Follow the steps below:
1. Log into your Shopify **Admin Panel** and go to **Products**.
2. Click the product name to edit it.
3. In the **Visibility** section, check or uncheck the **Online Store** box to show or hide the product from your website.
4. Click **Save** to confirm your changes.

**Shopify Smart Collections**
You can remove products by going to the **Products** section and deleting or changing the visibility of the product directly there.

**The BrandsGateway App**
