You can follow the status of your order under your My Account - Order page.
Pending Payment: You have added items to your checkout cart but have not selected a payment method to finalize the transaction.
On Hold: Your order is on hold until we have confirmed the payment. When selecting the bank transfer you have 48 hours to email us the transfer confirmation to support@brandsgateway.com
Processing: Your order is confirmed and gathered from the various warehouses.
Completed: Your order is dispatched and tracking details are visible under your My Account - Order page.
