# What happens if an item is out of stock?

Our inventory is updated in real-time to ensure that you only see products that are in stock, minimizing the risk of purchasing out-of-stock items. However, in the rare case that an out-of-stock item is ordered, we will promptly offer one of the following solutions:
* **Exchange**: We will provide a similar model of equal or higher value as a replacement.
* **Refund**: If no suitable replacement is available, we will refund your order.
