# What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the location. Usually, it takes 24-48 hours for the warehouse staff to dispatch the package, and 3 business days on average within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU to deliver it.
You can track the parcel at any time, with the [tracking number provided on your BrandsGateway account](https://helpdesk.brandsgateway.com/en/article/how-can-i-track-my-parcel-18kfj89/).

Please note that our **warehouses and freight partners do not operate during weekends** or on **public/bank holidays** in the country where the parcel is located at that time.
As a result, order processing, handling, and shipping may be delayed during these periods.
