How does it work?
Shopping with BrandsGateway is very simple.

In order to purchase from BrandsGateway you will need to [register for an account. The registration form is simple and intuitive and is completed on line. Please click here or alternatively click the "Log In" link which is located in the top right hand area of all pages and complete the registration form.

Once registered here are the steps you need to follow to place an order:
First browse our selection of 10,000+ unique sku's.
Select the item and size you wish to purchase and add them in your shopping cart.
Once satisfied with your order, proceed to the checkout page and enter the correct billing
Select the payment method you prefer either PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Finalize the payment and receive the tracking numbers within 24-48hours.

Are the products sold on BrandsGateway original?
The products sold on BrandsGateway are all 100% original, almost all the rest overstocks have been purchased directly from the brands, licensees or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product.
Every product has the original tag attached.

How often does BrandsGateway receive new arrivals?
We upload in average 200-300 new arrivals every week within various categories. You can be informed by joining our weekly newsletter or visiting our new arrivals page weekly.

Will I need to pay taxes and duties?
Since each country has different customs regulations we can provide documentation upon request. Although customers outside the EU are responsible for taxes and duties. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from FedEx or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before purchase completion. What is the minimum order?
Our minimium order requirement is 1,000EURO/1,200USD

Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping annd shipped to over 160+ countries.

What is shipping cost?
In total we have 5 warehouse vendors and each warehouse has a rate starting from 15EURO/17USD per order no matter how many products are included in each warehouse order.
Express shipping per warehouse vendor is 35EURO/40USD.

What is the dispatch time?
We dispatch orders within 24-48hours after payment confirmation.

What is the delivery time?
With economy shipping within Europe it's 3 business days and rest of the world 5-7 business days.
With express shipping within Europe it's 1-2 business days and rest of the world 2-4 business days.

How can I track my order?
The trackinng number will be displayed inside your order details. On your My Account - Orders page click on order view and you will see the tracking number and the shipping carrier.

Do you accept returns?
Yes we do, you are allowed to return any defected or wrong shipped items, within 7 days after delivery.

Can I mix my order with indvidual items or do i have to buy in packs?
Yes, you can mix your order as you like selecting individual items and sizes. As long as you reach the minimum order requirement of 1,000EURO/1,200USD.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Bank Transfer.

What is the status of my order?
You can follow the status of your order under your My Account - Order page. The following status explanation are as followed:
Pending Payment: You have added items in your checkout cart but have not selected a payment method to finalize the transaction.
On Hold: Your order is on hold until we have confirmed the payment. When selecting bank transfer you have 48 hours to email us the transfer confirmation to
Processing: Your order is confirmed and being gathered from the various warehouses.
Completed: Your order is dispatched and tracking details are visible inside your My Account - Order page.
