# Will I receive a tracking number for the orders?

Once the order is prepared for shipment, the tracking number and freighter company are uploaded to the [Orders section](https://app.brandsgateway.com/my-account/orders/) and becomes visible in your BrandsGateway account. From there, you can track the shipment and share the tracking information with your customer if needed.
