How to install BrandsGateway's plugin for Shift4Shop?

The import to your Shift4Shop store is a simple 3-step process.
Installing BrandsGateway’s app for Shift4Shop
1 Click the 'Accept' button on the email that you have received.
2 By clicking on the 'Accept' button, you will get redirected to your Shif4Shop store, where you will need to click on 'Authorize'.
The application BrandsGateway Dropshipping is requesting authorization to access your Shift4Shop store.
3 Click on 'Register'
4 Click on 'Validate API'
Setting up as a dropshipper
1 Set your store’s 'currency', 'language', and 'price rounding'.
2 Product data synchronization
Sync settings show what features will be influenced by BrandsGateway. For example, if you want to change product descriptions or titles, or translate them into another language, you will need to disable the ‘Titles’ and ‘Descriptions’ settings. Otherwise, once the system gets updated, products will be back to their state as in BrandsGateway. However, we recommend keeping the ‘Categories’ sync.
Once you are finished with setting the synchronization settings, you need to accept our Terms and Conditions and click on ‘Register’.
3 Brands filter
Here you can choose to include or exclude certain Brands.
4 Vendors filter
Here you can choose to include or exclude certain Warehouses.
Importing our products to your Shift4Shop store
At the next step, you can start importing our inventory to your store.
1 Category mapping
Category Mapping is the process of matching BrandsGateway’s main categories and subcategories of products with your Shift4Shop Collections.
Category Mapping is needed for the import of our products to your store. Once accessed ShopWoo > Stores Relationship > Category Mapping, you can select our category layout on the left (what you want to import) and connect to your Shift4Shop collections on the right. Products from selected categories will be imported to your store.
2 Price Mark-up and Fixed shipping costs
In category mapping, you can add markup for each category and a fixed shipping cost to be included in a product price.
Your selling price can be calculated with the following formula:
Wholesale price (BrandsGateway price) * Markup + Shipping cost = Your selling price
Example: €100 *2 + 20 = €220
You can always change markup and add a fixed shipping cost that will be added to the item price. Prices will be updated within 24 hours.
Once you are done, click on start import. The importing process takes several hours.
