The buyback option is available for 14 days after the initial 14-day return window. If you have items originally priced at 250 euros or more, our partner, Lux Distribution, is interested in purchasing them from you at a rate of 40% off the wholesale price.
How to Submit a BuyBack Request
Submit a Request: Go to the "Ticketing Center" and select the category "BuyBack Request."
Provide Order Details: Include the order number and SKU of the item you wish to have the liquidation company consider.
Describe the Item Condition: Clearly state whether the item is new, used, or damaged.
Attach Images: Upload clear images of the item, as this is essential for the evaluation.
Evaluation and Offer
Once you’ve submitted your request, our team will forward the details to our partner, who will review the information and images provided. Based on the condition of the item, they will present an offer to you. You can then decide if you wish to proceed with the sale.
Shipping the Item
If you accept the offer, you have two shipping options:
Your Own Shipping Label: You can choose to use your own return label and send the item via postal service. Please be aware that if the parcel is lost or stolen, you will be responsible.
Purchase a Return Label from Us: For added security, you can purchase a return label through our system, ensuring a more reliable shipping process.
Final Steps: Inspection and Payment
After the item is received, our partner will conduct an inspection to confirm its condition. Once the inspection is complete, the payment will be processed via Bank Transfer.
