How can I sell your products on Amazon/eBay?
You can sell BrandsGateway’s products via Amazon or eBay plugin of Shopify, Shift4Shop, Wix, WooCommerce - the inventory is updated automatically and there's an automated order forwarding. We don't have an automated solution for Amazon or eBay directly. There's a CSV file that gets updated every 4 hours but there’s no order forwarding or inventory update.
Do you put your company name on the package or an invoice inside?

How does dropshipping with BrandsGateway work?
We have an automated solution for Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Shift4Shop. Once you have signed up for our dropship service, you will receive our plugin along with our import instructions and tutorial videos. You simply select which categories to import and what markup you wish to add. Once there’s an order in your store, it’s automatically forwarded to our system and after you pay for it in your BrandsGateway account, it’ll be dispatched within 24 hours and sent to your final customer.
What are the costs of dropshipping with BrandsGateway?

How are prices handled? How do I manage my markup?
BrandsGateway allows dropshippers to buy products from its B2B platform at wholesale prices. To secure the high profits for our dropshippers, our minimum markup requirement addon is 150% "1.5" on our wholesale prices. To manage your markups simply set the appropriate markup rules managed in the BrandsGateway application. Markup can be changed at any moment.
Is there a possibility for you to build my websites?

Do Amazon and eBay accept your products?
We provide a reseller certificate that proves the authenticity of the products we sell. Amazon also requires an invoice for at least 10 products per brand. Please, note that 20% of our products don’t have EAN.
Should I import all the items or focus on certain categories?
Our best-selling categories are bags, sunglasses, and women’s clothing. If you aren’t sure about your target audience yet, we advise importing all the products.
Can I use a different currency for my store?
You can run your dropshipping business in any currency you want. BrandsGateway default currency is EURO, which means that BrandsGateway displays and imports product and shipping costs in EURO. During the import process you can select the currency that suits your business, our plugin will automatically convert the product and shipping costs into the currency you choose. I have products out of stock in my store. How can this be fixed?
This happens if your domain didn’t respond and the system update failed. You need to run an integrity check and once it’s finished, the products will be put in a queue to get updated.
How is my profit calculated?
Your profit can be calculated: wholesale price * markup - shipping cost - wholesale price = profit 100€ *2 - 15 - 100€ = 85€ profit

Do you send emails to the final customer? Do you offer support services to my customers?
No, we don’t enter in direct contact with the final customer, all the communication goes through a dropshipper.
Does BrandsGateway offer additional languages besides English?

Do you offer help with running Google or Facebook Ads campaigns?
No, we don’t participate in setting and running such campaigns, however, we offer exclusive e-book on how to set up a facebook and google campaign that is only accessible to our paying dropship partners.
Your product pictures are of different styles/sizes. Can they be adjusted?
The pictures can’t be adjusted through our plugin because they are directly uploaded by 5 different warehouses. However, you can adjust them manually in your store.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your account in the ‘Subscription’ section. We kindly ask you to notify us if you decide to cancel the subscription. However, we don’t refund any subscription fee.
Are new arrival products automatically uploaded to my store every time they become available on BrandsGateway?
Yes, with our Shopify, Wix, Shift4Shop, WooCommerce plugin all new arrivals are automatically uploaded to your store with the markup price you decided.
Can I import all the items or select them individually?

Is there any contract for a subscription?
No, there’s no contract to sign but purchasing our subscription intends to accept our Terms & Conditions. You can read more about them on https://brandsgateway.com/terms-conditions/.
How can I upgrade my subscription?
We don’t have an upgrade function, therefore in such case, we’ll need to stop your current subscription and extend the new one purchased for the period that was not used.
Are out-of-stock products automatically adjusted to my site every time they became unavailable on BrandsGateway?
Yes, our key feature with our Shopify, Wix, Shift4Shop, WooCommerce plugin is it offers real-time inventory synchronization. Minimizing the risk of selling out-of-stock goods.
How do I pay for dropship orders sent via APIs and plugins?
Automatically: By accessing the ‘My Orders’ from your profile section, you can select the order you wish to pay for and click on ‘Pay Now’. Manually: Search for the product SKU or ‘Title’ on BrandsGateway and proceed with the normal checkout process, by providing your customer details in the shipping fields.
What payment methods are accepted?
For inventory orders (products) you can pay via PayPal or bank transfer. We recommend paying via PayPal as it’s an instant payment that allows us to immediately process, dispatch, and ship the package. If paying with a bank transfer, it takes a few days to receive your payment and proceed with the order. For subscription packages, we accept a credit card payment.

No, we don’t accept advanced payments. Each order has to be paid in your BrandsGateway account.
How can I cancel an order if it’s not been shipped yet?
If you haven’t paid for it yet, simply cancel the order in your BrandsGateway account, in the section ‘Orders’. If you have already paid for it, but the status is ‘Processing’, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel the order and have it refunded.
Is it possible to personalize the package?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer personalization services, however, there’s the option to ship the order to you so you can personalize it before sending it to your final customer.
I received an order in my store. What are the next steps?
You need to access your BrandsGateway account on https://brandsgateway.com/. In the section ‘Orders’ you will see an order number and options to pay or cancel the order.
I received a payment for my order but on BG the status hasn’t changed. Why?
Our payment system is not connected to Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix or Shift4Shop so each time there's an order in your store you'll have to access your BG account to pay for the order in your account.
How to start selling your products on my website?

Will you send me a tracking number?
Once the order is completed, we send a notification via email. The tracking number is uploaded to a dropshipper account, under the ‘Orders’ section.

Can I have several stores with one active subscription?
It’s possible to have only one website connected per active subscription.
How will I know when my order is shipped and its tracking number?
Once the order is paid, its status changes to ‘Processing’. We will notify you about this by email. After it’s completed, we will contact you by email. BrandsGateway doesn’t communicate with the final customer, therefore all notifications are sent to you. Additionally, in your BrandsGateway account, in section ‘Orders’, you can check your order status, its tracking number, and view an invoice.
How to import/exclude products from a certain vendor?
