What is Category Mapping?
Category Mapping is needed for the import of our products to your store. Once accessed ShopWoo - Stores Relationship - Category Mapping, you can select our category layout on the left (what you want to import) and connect to your Shopify/WooCommerce collections on the right. Products from selected categories will be imported to your store.
What for is there an integrity check?
If you have deleted a picture or a product from your website by mistake and you want it back, you need to run an integrity check. In your ShopWoo account, access ‘Stores Relationship’ - ‘Integrity check’ and click ‘Start’. Usually, it takes 20 min, and once finished, the products will be put in queue to get updated to the way they are in BrandsGateway.
How to add/change markup?
You need to access ShopWoo - Stores Relationship - Category Mapping. There you can add markup for each category and a fixed shipping cost to be included in a product price. You can always change markup and add a fixed shipping cost that will be added to the item price. What is ShopWoo?
ShopWoo is the SaaS platform that power our dropship service and offers All-in-one inventory, orders, pricing, and shipping management software for full ecommerce automation. You can access your ShopWoo portal through your shopify store at the plugin management page or visit nova.shopwoo.com.
How can I access ShopWoo?
You can access ShopWoo directly from https://nova.shopwoo.com/ or via the Apps section in your Shopify or WooCommerce store.
What do Synch Settings mean?
Synch settings show what features will be influenced by BrandsGateway. For example, if you want to change descriptions or titles, translate them in your own language, you need to disable ‘Titles’ and ‘Descriptions’ settings. Otherwise, once the system gets updated, products will be back to their state as in BrandsGateway. However, we recommend keeping the ‘Categories’ sync.
What does Store Check email mean?
If you have received the message “Webhooks check failed!”, probably the system could not reach your domain when trying to update. You can run a ‘Compatibility check’ to make your store valid again: access https://nova.shopwoo.com/, select Stores Relationships, Compatibility Check. After the check your store will be valid again.
Can I check my import progress?
Once you click saved in Category Mapping, the import will start. No need to control the process, you can turn off the computer. The import takes a few hours, you can check your progress on Dashboard in your ShopWoo account. You can see how many simple & variable products have been imported and how many products are in the queue.
