Health Check: What It Does and When You Should Run It
Whenever you adjust filters or features within our application, it is recommended to run a Health Check to ensure your inventory is properly updated.
The Health Check updates your products in the background, including actions such as adding, removing, or updating items based on your current settings.
If you are experiencing more significant inventory issues, you can run an Integrity Check:
Go to Shopwoo → Settings → Health Check
Click “Run Check”

Sync settings show which features will be influenced by BrandsGateway.
For example, if you want to change descriptions or titles, translate them into your own language, you need to disable ‘Titles’ and ‘Descriptions’ settings. Otherwise, once the system gets updated, products will be back to their state as in BrandsGateway.
However, we recommend keeping the ‘Categories’ sync.

To access Account information and General settings, navigate to BrandsGateway's App Settings Account Info, and afterward scroll down to see the General settings.

BrandsGateway App allows you to add your own sizing names to the products you import. For example, if you prefer US or EU size names, you can adjust them with the option for ‘Attribute Mapping’.

Here you’ll see ‘Retailer (BrandsGateway) Attribute Name’ as well as the field for ‘Dropshipper Attribute Names’
