How can I know for sure that your products are authentic?

What does my order status mean?
You can follow the status of your order under your My Account - Order page. Pending Payment: You have added items to your checkout cart but have not selected a payment method to finalize the transaction. On Hold: Your order is on hold until we have confirmed the payment. When selecting the bank transfer you have 48 hours to email us the transfer confirmation to firstname.lastname@example.org Processing: Your order is confirmed and gathered from the various warehouses. Are your products authentic?
The products sold on BrandsGateway are all 100% original, almost all of the rest of the overstocks have been purchased directly from the brands, licensees, or official distributors. We personally verify the authenticity and provenance of each product and each product comes with the original tag attached.

Why do you have limited quantities on some items?
The reason why we offer limited quantities, is that our platform only offers past season / rest overstocks that have been sourced directly from the brands, but that is also the reason why we can offer such large discounts on our offerings. Please note that, we suggest finalizing your purchase as soon as possible since it’s rare that we restock the same item.
How often do you receive new arrivals?
We receive weekly deliveries weekly and upload in average between 400-500 new items every week on our platform.
Can I sell branded items on my website?
Yes, our suppliers purchase stock from brands and have a legal right to resell it. We provide a signed and stamped reseller certificate to our customers that can be used as proof.

How can I place an order on BrandsGateway?
Register on https://brandsgateway.com/register/. Browse the catalogue. Add items to your cart. To proceed to checkout, click the cart icon in the upper right corner. Add your shipping details (address). Select your payment method and pay. Once the order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team. When the order is shipped out, we’ll send you a notification via email. The tracking number will be uploaded in your BG account next to the order number. ht
Is VAT included in your product price?
No, since we sell B2B, there’s no VAT on our products. The prices you see on our platform are final.
Why can’t I proceed to checkout?
BrandsGateway is a B2B platform that provides wholesale and dropshipping services. For wholesale orders, the MOQ is 1000€/$1200. If the total amount of your order is less than 1000€/$1200 and you don’t have a valid subscription, you won’t be able to proceed to checkout.
Can I use the brands’ logos on my website?
We don’t recommend using brands’ logos as it’s copyright infringement.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
The inventory is accurately updated. If for some reason, such an order is placed, we’ll refund it or offer you a similar model as an exchange.
Is your size convertor precise?
Size conversion might vary depending on the brand so we always recommend taking Italian size as a reference.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I have several suppliers for my Shopify store?
There’s no obstacle from our side but Shopify has a limit of 50,000 products and their variants per store. Can I use your pictures on my website?
Yes, you can use any of the pictures uploaded on our website for your store and online advertisements.
Do you provide 24/7 support?
We are available from 8 to 17 CET Mon-Fri.
Is it possible to get product measurements?
Upon request, products can be measured, however, please note that because it's manual work it can take up to a week.
Can you provide support to my customers?
No, we don’t enter in direct contact or communication with your final customers.
