If you have received the message 'Disabled Dropshipper For Retailer', probably the system could not reach your domain when trying to update. You can run a ‘Compatibility check’ to make your store valid again.

To start a 'Compatibility check', access BrandsGateway's app > 'Settings' > 'Compatibility check'.



Run check.
