I received a payment for my order but the order status was not changed on BrandsGateway. Why?

Our payment system is not connected to Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Shift4Shop, or BigCommerce, so each time there's an order in your store you'll have to access your BrandsGateway account to pay for the order in your account.
