I received a payment for my order but the order status was not changed on BrandsGateway. Why?
Our payment system is not directly connected to your store’s payment system.
When a customer places an order on your website, you will first receive the payment on your side. To fulfill that order, you will then need to log in to your BrandsGateway account and complete the payment for the product there. We have all the order details; only the payment is required.
This means that for every order placed on your store, a corresponding payment must be made manually in your BrandsGateway account in order for the order to be processed and shipped.
