Go back to BrandsGateway

  1. Accessing the Feature:

  • Navigate to the Settings menu.
  • Click on Custom Fields.

  1. Creating a New Custom Fields:

Once in the Custom Field Mapping section, you can start creating a new custom field mapping.

To change the way product variations are displayed, for example, replacing the product name with a custom field, follow these steps:

  1. Setting Up Custom Fields:

  • Select Product Variation: Choose the specific product variation you want to map.
  • Connect with EAN13 Number: Link the selected product variation with the EAN13 number.
  • Select Dropshippers Custom Field: Use the custom field provided for dropshippers.
  • Name the Custom Field: Enter a name for this field, such as EAN13.
  • Click on Save to apply the changes.

By doing this, all product variations will now display using the EAN13 number instead of the standard product name.

  1. Managing Custom Fields:

  • You can always revisit this section to modify your mappings.
  • You have the flexibility to add new mappings, change existing ones, or delete any mappings that are no longer needed.
