Dropshipping

We offer a 14-day return policy to our dropshipping partners, counting from the day the parcel was received. Any returns sent by postal services will not be accepted.

To approve a return, please, complete the following form, as it helps us identify and process the returns faster.

Wholesale

We offer a 7-day return policy for defects and wrong shipped products to our wholesale buyers, counting from the day the parcel was received.

For more detailed information, please read our Terms & Conditions, Article 6b.

Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy, or by postal services, will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address.
