Health Check: What It Does and When You Should Run It

Whenever you adjust filters or features within our application, it is recommended to run a Health Check to ensure your inventory is properly updated.

The Health Check updates your products in the background, including actions such as adding, removing, or updating items based on your current settings.

If you are experiencing more significant inventory issues, you can run an Integrity Check:

  • Go to Shopwoo → Settings → Health Check
  • Click “Run Check”

This process typically takes around 10-20 minutes. Once completed, your products will be queued and updated to match the data available on BrandsGateway.

If you have deleted a picture or a product from your website by mistake, it will be back once the system gets updated.
