How can I cancel an order?

Go back to BrandsGateway.

• If you haven’t paid for the order yet, you can contact our customer support team at support@brandsgateway.com to cancel the order.

Please note that if you have paid dor the order, and it has left the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
