To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Success team by opening a Support Ticket and following the provided instructions.

In your request, make sure to include the email address associated with the subscription and your website domain name.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for the subscription fee. By subscribing to our dropshipping services, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, and we recommend reviewing our Returns & Refunds Policy (Article 6a) for more information.
