How to import products within your online store?

This video is a guide for the process of importing products into your store using the BrandsGateway application or plugin.
How to Import Products
After installing the app in your online store, you can import products in two ways:
- From the Home Page, click Go To Product Importer
- From the Menu on the left-hand side, click Products

Both options will take you to the Product Importer window.
Product Importer Overview
The Product Importer is divided into three main sections:
- Filters
Use filters to select the products you’d like to import into your store.
- Slider
The slider displays the total number of products matching your filters and indicates which subscription plan you belong to.
- Product List
This section shows all products that match your selected filters.
- You can exclude specific products from being imported.
- Click on a product image to view its description and details.
Importing Products
Once you’re satisfied with your selection, click Import Products.
- If this is your first import, you’ll be redirected to the Billing Window to choose your subscription plan.
- For subsequent imports, a confirmation message will appear reminding you that importing again will replace previously imported products with your new selection based on the updated filters.
After importing, it is important to note that if you are using Smart Collections, you can filter the products using Tags, and if you are using Manual Collections, you need to set up Category Mapping.
