How will I know when my order is shipped and its tracking number?
Once it is paid for the order, its status changes to ‘Processing’. Once the order is 'Completed', you will receive an email confirmation. BrandsGateway doesn’t communicate with the final customer, therefore all notifications are sent to you. Additionally, in your BrandsGateway Account, under the Orders section, you can track your order status, see the tracking number, and download the invoice.
