Import Filters - Explanation

Import Filters allow you to choose exactly which products you want to import into your store, based on your business preferences (brands, categories, warehouses, etc.).

Important Notes Before You Start

  • After selecting your desired filters, you must click: Apply Filters → Import Products

This will start the product import process.

  • If you want to add new filters and keep your previous selection, simply select the new filters while keeping the previous ones checked, then click: Apply Filters → Import Products.

  • If you wish to remove certain products, simply unselect the corresponding filters and apply the changes.

Most important step: Every time you make changes to the filters, you must click Apply Filters and then Import Products for the update to take effect.

Category Mapping Reminder

If you are using Category Mapping:

  • You must first create the categories in your store (For Shopify users: create manual collections).
  • Then connect our Retailer Categories to your store categories inside:

Category Mapping

Please note:

  • In Import Filters → Categories, once you select specific categories,
  • When you navigate to Category Mapping, you will only see the categories you selected in the filters.

This helps you map only the categories you are importing.
