Do you offer personalized packaging?

Due to the fact that we operate from multiple warehouses globally, it is unfortunately not possible for us to include personalized packaging or “Thank you” notes with the orders. Adding such custom elements could lead to delays in order processing and increase the risk of operational errors, which we aim to avoid.


All products are shipped in their original brand packaging, which is then placed inside a standard carton provided by the shipping company. While there are no logos from BrandsGateway on the packaging, your company name will be displayed on the shipping label.


This process is necessary because we operate from more than ten warehouses worldwide, and distributing custom packaging to each location would be logistically complex, slow down fulfillment times, and potentially impact the customer experience.


If you would like to include personalized packaging or notes, you may choose to have the order shipped to your own address first, where you can customize the package before forwarding it to your final customer.
