What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?
If a damaged or incorrect item is delivered, the end customer must provide photos to the dropshipper within 14 days of delivery. These photos should clearly show:
- The product
- The tag
- The visible defect or issue
Once submitted, the case will be reviewed in coordination with the warehouse team to verify the condition of the item at the time of shipment.
If the issue is confirmed, a return shipping label will be provided for the customer.
After the item is returned and received, a refund will be issued.
