Explanation of the ''New Products as Draft'' feature.

The “New Products as Draft” feature allows you to review products before they become visible on your store.

When this option is enabled, every new product imported from BrandsGateway will appear in your Shopify store as “Draft” instead of being published automatically. This means the product will not be visible to customers until you manually change its status from Draft to Active.

This feature is useful if you want to:

• Review new products before publishing them
• Select only specific items to sell
• Adjust pricing, titles, descriptions, or collections before making them live

When the feature is disabled, all new products that match your selected filters will be imported and published automatically on your website.

Important note: We do not recommend enabling both “New Products as Draft” and “Remove Out of Stock” at the same time. If both features are active and a product goes out of stock, it will be removed from your store, and when it becomes available again, it will be re-imported as a new product. In this process, any manual changes you made to the product title, description, or other fields may be lost, as the product will be created again from the original catalog data.

Summary:

• Disabled: New products are automatically published to your store.
