When completing a CN22 customs form it is obligatory to indicate the following VAT number: SE5592133465. Additionally, the address you should assign your returned goods to is as follows:
Under ‘Contents’ it’s obligatory to be selected 'Returned Goods'.
In addition, please note that any return coming from outside the European Union to the Swedish warehouse has a fixed customs administration fee of €27 which will be deducted from the refund.
