How to import products to your WooCommerce Store

After creating your categories in WooCommerce and setting up the filters according to your business preferences, you can move forward with connecting everything through the Category Mapping section. This article includes all the necessary information; simply follow the outlined steps.

Step 1: Navigate to Products

Go to your WordPress Dashboard → BrandsGateway → Products (from the left sidebar).

Step 2: Select Your Filters

Choose the filters you want to apply (Brands, Categories, Gender, etc.).

Step 3: Apply & Import

• Click Apply Filters
• Then click Import Products

You will receive a confirmation message that the product import process has started.

Adding More Products Later

If you want to import additional products while keeping your existing selection:

• Simply select the new filters
• Click Apply Filters
• Then Import Products

This will import the newly matched products without affecting the previous ones.

⚠️ Important: If you unselect previously applied filters and then click Apply Filters → Import Products, the products related to the removed filters will also be removed from your store.

You can now proceed with the Category Mapping.
