Is a signature required when receiving an order?

When shipping with DHL, once the parcel is in transit, the recipient will receive an email notification from DHL, allowing them to select the "Signature Required" option. With FedEx, a signature upon delivery can be required, however, it will come with an extra cost. Otherwise, FedEx will deliver the parcel without a required signature.
