What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?
For shipments handled by FedEx, UPS, and DHL, the courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times, depending on their policy.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be redirected to a local collection point, where the recipient can pick up the order. In such cases, the courier will leave a notice with instructions on how to proceed.
If the order is not collected or delivery cannot be completed, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, a €45 return fee will be created, and once paid, we will proceed with refunding the item's cost.
