If you have received the following email,
A customer with the email address info@brandsateway.com is not registered in BrandsGateway. Order automation won't work.
Issue: For the order automation system to work properly, dropshippers must have a free account on BrandsGateway. Without being registered, the system cannot sync orders, process them automatically, or ensure seamless order management.
Solution: You will need to create an account on BrandsGateway using the email address associated with your subscription. Please find the link where you will need to create a free account on BrandsGateway.
Once the account is created, the order automation system will recognize the account and work as intended.
Steps to Resolve:
- Visit the BrandsGateway website.
- Click on "Register" on the following link: https://app.brandsgateway.com/login/
- Use the email address associated with the subscription during the registration process.
- Complete the registration by filling in the necessary details.
- Once the account is active, the order automation system will function as expected.
Note: Ensure the email used during registration matches the one linked to the subscription to avoid any discrepancies or further automation issues.
- Billing address is not filled in BrandsGateway. Order automation won't work.
If you have received the following email,
Compatibility check failed for info@brandsgateway.com. Error message: For customer ecommerce@fashionbrera.us billing address is not filled in BrandsGateway. Order automation won't work.
Issue: For BrandsGateway's order automation to work seamlessly, all account details, including the billing address, must be fully completed. Without a billing address, the system cannot process orders automatically.
Solution: You will need to log into your BrandsGateway account and add your billing address.
Steps to Resolve:
- Log in to your BrandsGateway account using the email connected to your subscription.
- Navigate to the Settings > Shipping & Billing Details section.
- Enter your complete and accurate billing address.
- Save the changes to ensure your billing details are updated.
- Once the billing address is added, the order automation system will begin functioning correctly, it will enable order automation to work smoothly.
Note: Accurate billing information is essential for order processing and must be kept up to date to avoid disruptions.
