What is the delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the location. Usually, it takes 24-48 hours for the warehouse staff to dispatch the package, and 3 business days on average within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU to deliver it.

You can track the parcel at any time, with the tracking number provided on your BrandsGateway account.

Please note that our warehouses and freight partners do not operate during weekends or on public/bank holidays in the country where the parcel is located at that time.

As a result, order processing, handling, and shipping may be delayed during these periods.
