  • What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?
    For shipments handled by FedEx, UPS, and DHL, the courier will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times, depending on their policy. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be redirected to a local collection point, where the recipient can pick up the order.     BrandsGateway provides all the necessary documentation required for customs clearance. By default, shipments are handled under DAP (Delivered at Place) for most countries.     First, they should contact their family or neighbours, as sometimes a package is received by a relative or a neighbour when the recipient is not at home.     You can choose between Economy and Express shipping, but the carrier will be either DHL, FedEx, or UPS, and cannot be selected.     When shipping with DHL, once the parcel is in transit, the recipient will receive an email notification from DHL, allowing them to select the "Signature Required" option.
