You can do it by editing single products in your Shopify Store or by doing it in bulk. If you edit a product and want to keep changes saved, you need to disable the desired Synchronization Settings in ShopWoo. Simply disable the settings that you want to change.

If a certain product was included in the categories integrated into ‘Category Mapping’ and deleted, it will be restored once the system updates. In this case, it’s more secure to change its visibility. Follow the steps below:
Log into your Shopify ‘Admin Panel’ and navigate to the ‘Products’ section;
Click the product name to edit the product;
Locate the ‘Visibility’ section, and check/uncheck the ‘Online Store’ box to show or hide a product from your website;

Once you have imported the products to your website you will be able to see that by default not all information is displayed on the product pages. You can customize your store’s information by accessing the main backend of your shop.
Choose the ‘Themes’ menu point under ‘Online Store’ from the ‘Menu’ on your left side;
Click on the ‘Customize’ button to start customizing your theme;

Access BrandsGateway's app;
Select Brands Filter from the Settings menu;
Uncheck the brands you don't wish to import;

Shopify has a limit for the number of products created per second so it can take up to 1 hour for the import to be completed. You can track the progress of the import on the ‘Dashboard’ in ShopWoo.

Dashboard
Under the dashboard you can find information about products, orders, last imports, etc.
The Total number represents the total number of products that are imported to your store.
Under Create, you can find the total number of products that are yet to be imported to your store.
In case you done some changes to your store, such as updating the markups, brand filter, vFew readersCan I have several suppliers for my Shopify store?
There aren't any restrictions on our side, however, on Shopify stores, there is upload throttling once your store reaches 50,000 products. After 50,000 products your store will only be able to upload 1,000 products per day.
If you need to upload more products per day, you can upgrade to Shopify Plus which does not have this limit.
